We can't do this alone.

From check-in to teachers to helpers to worship leaders and more, the need in Wellspring Kids is great! If you have a heart to serve our kiddos birth-6th grade, we would love to get you connected in Wellspring Kids. If you're interested or just want some more information, hit the button to contact our Kids Director, Ellen New.
In March, we will be launching Wellspring Students. This ministry will be led by our Worship Minister, Austin Crosby. Wellspring Students will serve students in grades 7-12. Wellspring Students will meet on Wednesday nights at a home here in China Spring. We need adult volunteers willing to serve as small group leaders. We are also in need of a home to host Wellspring Students. Contact Austin if you are interested or would like more information.
Turning a high school into a church is no small feat! If early mornings and manual labor are something you enjoy, then we would love to have you on our Set Up Team! The Set Up Team meets every Sunday morning at the high school at 6am. Unless you are also a part of the worship/production team, the Set Up Team is typically finished around 7:30a. The team is then free to enjoy the rest of their morning back home before returning for service at 10. Contact Austin if you are interested in joining the Set Up Team.
Maybe early mornings aren't your thing... That's ok! We still need able bodied men and women to join our Tear Down Team. Tear down begins about 15 minutes after the service concludes and usually is completed within 45 minutes. If you're interested in joining the Tear Down Team, contact Austin.
Our Connections Team is a vital part of our Sunday gatherings. Connections team members help man our Connections Hub located in our lobby. The Connections Hub is where new people can go to find more information about getting connected at Wellspring. Connections Team members can also serve through following up with new visitors throughout the week. If you have a heart to connect people to the family of God, you may be a great fit for the Connections Team! If you are interested, or you'd like more information just contact Katie Byrd.
Studies show that most new visitors will make up their minds about a church within the first 90 seconds. This is why greeters are so important as they are often the "first impression" for new visitors. If you can hold a door and welcome people with a warm smile, then you would be a great fit for our Greeter Team! To learn more or to join the team, contact our Discipleship Pastor, Brent Bolton.
Similar to the Greeter Team, we need welcoming men and women to serve on our Usher Team. Ushers help welcome people into the worship center, help them find seats, and help coordinate service logistics like communion and giving. If you are interested in joining the Usher Team or would like more information, contact Matt Byrd.
Do you sing or play an instrument? Do you have a passion for worshipping through song and leading others to do the same? Then you might consider auditioning for the Wellspring Worship Team. Unlike other service areas, there is an application and audition process for those interested joining the Worship Team. If you're interested or would like more information, contact our Worship Minister, Austin Crosby.
Maybe being on stage isn't your thing, but you still have a passion for worship. Combine that with a knack for technology and you would be a great fit for our Production Team. Members on the Production Team help run elements like sound, lights, and lyrics. If you are interested joining the Production Team, contact Austin.
HEALTH & SAFETY
The safety of our church family will always be of upmost importance. In fact, we will always have at least one nurse and one police officer on site during our Sunday gatherings. If you are a doctor, nurse, or police officer and would like to serve on the Health & Safety Team, contact Brent. Even if you are not a health professional or first responder, you can still serve as a part of our Health and Safety Team.
In James 5 we are reminded that, "The prayer of a righteous person is very powerful in its effect." We need men and women willing to intercede on behalf of our brother's and sisters through prayer. As a part of the Prayer Team, you can serve after Sunday service as a prayer partner for anyone in need of prayer. The Prayer Team will also serve throughout the week by lifting up the prayer requests received at Wellspring. Contact Katie Byrd if you would like to be a part of the Prayer Team.
