DWELL CAMP 2023 DETAILS
DEPARTURE
-
We will meet at China Spring High School this Thursday at 1:00p for check-in and departure.
-
Please make sure your student eats before arriving. Our next meal will be dinner in Lubbock.
Travel Meals
-
Students will need money for one meal on the way to Glorieta (Friday lunch) and two meals on the way home (Tuesday lunch/dinner). If we make good time, we may not need to stop for dinner on Tuesday, but I would plan for 3 travel meals.
FORMS
-
Everyone has completed the online Glorieta registration/waiver 🙌🏻
-
If you haven’t already completed the Wellspring Parent Authorization form, please bring a completed copy to check in on Thursday or email it here. We will have blank copies available as well.
CAMP CREDIT
-
"Camp Credit" can be used to purchase anything sold at the camp store at Glorieta. They have drinks, snacks, shirts, souvenirs, and more!
-
There will be a separate "Dwell" camp store. Camp credit will not be usable at the Dwell store. The Dwell store will accept card.
-
You can use the Glorieta Registration link to load funds on your student's account.
-
Glorieta is moving towards going cashless at camp. Cash-accepting registers will be limited. Credit/debit cards are accepted!
-
Any unused Glorieta camp credit can be donated to Glorieta's scholarship fund or it will be refunded on July 1.

Electronics Policy
Students are allowed to bring their electronics on this trip. However, the electronics are not to be used during the day. Honestly, it wouldn’t hurt for students to just leave their electronics at home. Part of our desire for this weekend is that students would begin to build a strong sense of community and friendship by interacting with one another rather than being socially isolated through the use of their electronics. Any inappropriate use, as deemed by an adult leader, will result in the student’s electronics being taken away and returned to the student’s parents and the conclusion of the trip.
